Returns & Defects Policy
 
Items that are made incorrectly, or not as indicated on your order form may be returned at our expense, and will be replaced with the correct items.

Items that are made correctly as indicated on your order, but are not what was expected by the customer may be returned at the customers expense. This also includes incorrect colors indicated by the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all of these orders.   Hair accessories can be returned ONLY if they have not been worn. We can not sell items that have been previously worn. If you return items that have clearly been worn or have stains, we WILL NOT refund your money.
Orders will be remade under the customers "new" instructions and will be shipped AFTER the original order has been received. The Customer will need to pay for the shipping costs for the new order.

ITEMS that have a CUSTOM NAME OR LOGO can NOT be returned.

Items that break, POWERPony breaks, Bow comes unglued (without getting wet), comes apart, or falls apart under Normal Wear, will be replaced at our expense, our products are only guaranteed for the first season or one year after purchase which ever comes first. Customers will need to Send Back the defective item for a credit on their account.

**Please Note: After receiving your order you have Only 14 Days to return it if there are any problems with your purchase, Also Please Refer to Our Return Policy before submitting a request for return.

Fortitude Elite has the right to refuse any order by a complicated customer or a customer who is being unreasonable about their order. We will work with all customers on getting the best and correct order to them, but in return, please note that sometimes we make mistakes and we will do everything we can to fix those mistakes when they occur.
